Let me take a minute to introduce myself. Real estate has been a career for over twelve years that has encompassed property management, investments construction management, new home sales and finally, Keller Williams as an associate broker.
Prior to real estate I was the marketing director for chain ski shops in Eagle and Summit Counties with eleven brands and over thirty locations. It was an incredible experience in brand management, advertising and business development.
The first full time job in real estate was with a Colorado home builder. As a project manager I learned to identify and manage quality construction. I soon switched back to sales and quickly won two awards with the Denver Home Builders Association. In 2006, my community won the sales volume for the second quarter with $7.4 million in sales in just three months! Later that year, my partner and I won sales team of the year finishing out 2006 with over $20 million in sales. The new home market stopped in 2007 and branched out as an independent agent at a tough time in the market. In 2007, I was rookie of the year in my office based on sales volume.
Today, we are a team of two plus a buyer specialist. Amanda Green - Team Manager is in place to answer phones, fuel your home marketing and watch for new listings to for our buyers. By doubling our staff and providing one phone number, our expectation is that we can double the communication and availablity of a traditional single agent.
